Hi LP friends!
I am subletting my jewel of a Brooklyn Heights one bedroom while I work a job out of town because I'm never going to give up this gem!

If you're a sucker for a landmarked NYC building with character there is nothing like this place. An original from 1890 on the corner of the famed BK Heights Promenade on Joralemon St and Columbia Pl. It's a unique, artistic, vibrant home filled with light, packed with art and books & character with with the added benefit of river-side tranquility, you'll hear birds every morning and use the private courtyard (!!!) behind the building, and enjoy the trees growing almost through the windows. Incredible sunlight, AC in living and bedroom, plenty of pantry and closet space, shower with water filter and super water pressure, comfortable WFH setup, and roof access with views of Statue of Liberty, Governors Island, and FiDi.

The building is very quiet and lowkey near tons of cute bars and restaurants on Atlantic Ave, Court St, Smith St, and Montague St. Walking distance to all the trains, including the 2/3, 4/5, and N/R within 10 min and the G, F, and A/C about 15 min.

I'm looking for someone to love this home like I do, if you're a reader I got all the books :)

Furniture can stay or go depending on lease term - min term is Jan 1 to Feb 15 with a preference for a longer term sublet, 6-12 months being ideal!
