My one-bedroom apartment is available for short term sublease. The apartment is located on Bedford, a block away from the Nostrand A/C, about 20 mins to downtown Manhattan. The apartment is fully furnished with an espresso maker, dishwasher, and other appliances. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the second floor of a brownstone with very nice and quiet neighbors.
About This Lister
Hi I'm Essence, I work from home most days, but I travel a lot for work. I have a work trip coming up where I'll be out of my apartment for a little over a month. Looking for someone that's looking for a sublet, but will treat the apartment like their own. I plan to clear out closets and dressers, but will leave the furniture. There are two neighbors in the building, one of which works also from home if there are any immediate needs.

I am looking for someone that will treat my things like their own. I am working out of the country for a month and want to make sure the person is clean and respectful, while also being self-sufficient as I may not be able to answer the phone immediately. I am requiring a sublet agreement, proof of income, $500 deposit.
