A quiet, sun-filled one-bedroom apartment with hardwood floors, surrounded by art, plants, and a fridge that happens to love pickles. The building, from the early 1900s, is well-kept and full of charm.

The apartment has all the essentials: a washing machine, WiFi, parking, and a small porch.

It’s walking distance to three excellent coffee shops, Griffith Park, and the best Thai food this side of Bangkok.

I’ll be traveling a lot in the next few months and would ideally like someone to stay the whole time, but the dates are flexible. Open to adjusting the price for stays over 30 days—let’s figure it out.
