This 1- bedroom, 1- bathroom apt from the 1950's is close to everything. We have a mini-target 2 blocks down, Sunset and all the coffee shops and bars are a 7 minute walk.
My apartment is the bottom right of a 4-unit building. My neighbors are great, quiet and chill.
You will have access to 1 parking space and a beautiful little garden. The gardener comes by every Tuesday to blow leaves and keep up with the plants.

The apartment will be fully furnished with all utilities included. ***There is a communal laundry room in the back. $2dlls for wash and $1 for dry. Coins only.

I will be traveling and need someone to take care of my beloved space in LA.
