I am subletting my one-bedroom apartment in Bedstuy from December 17th until mid January (dates flexible).

The apartment is on the third floor of a three-story brownstone house, one block away from the A/C Utica train station. It has separate kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom spaces. It also has a laundry washing machine and dryer in the basement.

It is a very luminous and quiet space with hardwood floors, two closets, and garden views. The location is a beautiful walkable street and area full of trees and close by to cafes and restaurants.

Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rent.
