Hello! I have a room in a 2-bedroom apt for rent starting in May - dates flexible.

Location is great: 3 blocks from Central & Morningside Parks (2/3 and B/C trains), and awesome food and drink all around. The apt is fully furnished, with an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and bedrooms are separated by a bathroom for extra privacy. Your bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a credenza that can also be used as a desk, closet and window. FYI, this is a first floor apt and it's Manhattan so you will be able to hear folks outside (although the bedrooms are at the back).

You’ll be living with a woman who works from home and a wonderful 9-yr-old kitty named Agatha. Please be a cat person as we can both tell - she is easy and loves people! Just asking for a clean person who knows how to adult and thinks that the home should be a refuge from this hectic and great city.

To secure the apt, I need first month’s rent and one month's security deposit, which is fully refundable when you leave (as long as you haven't broken anything of value).
