We are looking for a tennant that will utilise 2-3 desks within a larger office space.

Space is located in Williamsburg right next to the newly developed Domino Park facilities - 10 Grand Street
The office can be accessed conviently by foot, L and J train, and Williamsburg port ferry stops.

Space is inclusive of a private board room, kitchen amenities and a Club level level. The Club level on L3and has other meeting spaces for rent if you wish to hold workshops or need larger space less frequently to expand into.

Use of the space is limited to Monday to Friday. Hours 9-6, but available to stay later into evening if required we understand you might need flexibility.

We are looking for fixed tennant, no hot desk opportunity.
No pets allowed, we already have a few office pups who come in so you also need to be comfortable with animals.

We are looking for a tidy and responsible tennant to share our beauitful space. The office is located on L12, with a private concierge and mail room faciliteis. Views of East River and Lower Manhatten up to Mid Town.
Many local cafes and eateries around the studio, along with a Trader Joes in close proximity.

We are a small team (7-8 people) with a space slightly larger then our current needs, so looking for a tennant to share our space and bring some further culture and life to the space.
Ideally we would like someone who is in a creative industry.

Extensive windows / natural light and views wrap around the office - this is the most special thing about our space.

Quiet space mostly, some team members take client calls but we have phone booths and private meeting space to also go into if needed.

About This Lister

We are a creative studio in the architecture / property marketing space. I am the current Project Director who is responsible for the overall care and operations of our team, and space

We have a current 5 year lease, which we have 3 years left of.
We have already obtained pre approval for this sublet opportunity. We are not allowed to hot desk, the tennant must be fixed and we require a lease contract, and tennant information to be passed onto building management and security.
