I organize for busy people who need to prioritize functionality over aesthetics. The end results may not be as beautiful as what you see on TV or Instagram, but they'll be practical and easy to manage. My goal is to leave you with systems that require no additional labor to maintain so they can fit in seamlessly with your current routine—we are creatures of habit after all.

My process leans heavily on empathy and individualization. I don't come in with a prescriptive methodology. Rather, I take the time to get to know you: your dreams, your motivations, your pain points, your schedule, your understanding of space and your relationship to your belongings. Are you sentimental or ruthless when it comes to decluttering? Are you unlikely to become someone who opens their mail immediately? Do you never put your clothes away at the end of the day? Are your art supplies taking over your apartment? We'll figure it out.

I believe that everyone deserves a comfortable home that fits their needs and my hope is to help you achieve that no matter how long it takes.

Nothing shocks me and I promise, your space isn't as bad as you think. I'm very liberal, LGBTQIA+, don't have pet allergies, and can climb over any box or pile.

About this Lister

I've been home organizing on a freelance basis for roughly a decade, starting out in college through TaskRabbit then flying solo.

Technically, I'm also a journalist, editor, and fact-checker. I'm working on a book proposal and trying to build out my organizing business as I get that project off the ground.

I'm originally from outside of Boston, but moved to NYC in 2010. Since then, I've moved 8 times (including within the dorm system) and am one of the few people who legitimately enjoys the process of packing/unpacking and designing a new space.

I'm patient, persistent to a fault, and practice discretion. I won't post anything about you or your space on social media. (This is also why I don't have any good pictures of my work. Your space is yours and yours alone.)
