Room for rent in my apartment in South Williamsburg. The location is amazing as it's triangulated between three subways - Bedford L, Metropolitan G or L and Mary JMZ stop. It is just West of the BQE in prime Williamsburg. The block is residential with a couple retailers - clothing, deli and home supplies. The building is a prewar walk-up and the apartment is on the second floor, street facing. There's a beautiful tree outside the windows.

The room has an eastern exposure and will get nice natural light in the mornings. It's a large room by today's standards. Real hardwood floors and 9 foot ceilings. Everything has been freshly painted. My previous roomie left a few items(pictured) which can stay or go: King Sized bed frame and headboard, Rug, Shelving. The mirror and bench/shoe rack are mine but can be removed or you can use it. Not pictured is a corner rack for clothing which will be added.

Please note this is a real NYC block in a lively neighborhood. It is not pin drop quite but neighbors are respectful of each other. It's an old building with a mix of long term and new residents. There's a block party once a year, fire hydrant is open in the summers and neighbors like to say hello. You can go to the roof to hang out but there is no deck or furniture. Still if you want to bring a lawn chair up and take the sun it's grand.

Kitchen is fully stocked including microwave, Kuerig, french press, coffee grinder, air fryer, water filter and all the pots and pans, dishes etc .
