Our townhouse on 14th St (quiet, one way st.) has great access to 7th ave, subway and 2 blocks from Prospect Park. We live on the ground and parlor level and have a separate, ground floor entrance. You would enter through the main entrance and have the stairway and 3rd floor to yourself. Two decorative fireplaces and high ceilings. Kitchenette and living room. Incredible light throughout.

-The apartment is NOT furnished.
-Previous tenant applied removable wallpaper to the walls to liven up the space. You can decide if you want to keep or remove this wallpaper.
- Apartment does not have a washer / dryer
-Apartment does not have a dishwasher
-Utilities and internet paid separately

I am Lincoln. I've lived in NY for 8+ years. I live with my wife Maggie, and our small dog Ollie. We own the home in Park Slope (14th and 7th). We live below this 3rd floor apartment, but we enter separately at the ground level. We are generally v chill people / landlords.
