This would be great for someone who works in the city 2-3 days a week each month or for any other reasons you want to be in NY of course. You could also rent for 1 week each month, we are flexible but will need to make a clear agreement. We are renting it out for $1000 per month for a year or more agreement which is a great price compared to other rentals or hotels!
You would have this beautiful spacious one bedroom apartment all to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, high ceilings, air conditioning and lots of light. It also has a room with a desk where you can work. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a tidy bathroom. There is free wifi and heat. You can leave some of your personal items there for convenience. It is an elevator building.
The apartment is in the quiet enclave called Hudson Heights on the upper west side of Manhattan and is around the corner from the super express A train which can take you to midtown in 30 minutes. The #1 train is close by also.
Fort Tryon Park is a 10 minute walk away and is really beautiful. We walk there all the time. There are views of the Hudson and gorgeous flower gardens.
Our policy is no pets, no smoking and no parties. You should leave the apartment clean when you leave and we will do the same.
It really is a great place to stay, everyone loves the apartment!

Rental requirements
We are looking for a clean quiet individual preferably, but a couple also could work. We would be renting the entire apartment, for:
—2-3 days every week of the month, preferably midweek

—1 week per month
(We can definitely work around our combined schedules since we will be there on the days the renter is not.)
We are not looking for occasional renters. We are looking for a weekly/monthly ongoing agreement. We would like the renter to make a commitment of about 10 months to a year if possible. We are also flexible with scheduling but wouldn't want the days/times to be all over the place.
We are asking $1000 per month. There would be no extra fees for wifi, electric etc. All is included which is definitely below market rate!
We require 1 months rent up front and 1 month's security deposit. We would like some referrals. We will have a custom written agreement for both of us.
