- Room is 120 sq ft, high ceilings, has one closet and an above storage compartment. Room also has two windows, one of the windows with bars that allow an AC unit to be placed in. Apartment is two floors and the sublet room is located on the second floor.

- 2 bathrooms, one of the upper floor has a shower while the one on the lower floor is just a sink and a toilet

- the mattress of the room will be coming with me but I am willing to leave a lot of furniture, shelves, the bed frame if you would like. I will also be willing to get rid of anything you don't want. There’s a desk that’s pretty basic but I’m also willing to leave. But I’m going to clean out everything and make sure it’s nice and spotless before anyone moves in.

- space has been occupied by men in the past year, I wouldn’t say it’s the cleanest environment and we are constantly moving in and out for our jobs. But bathrooms and kitchen areas are kept clean where it counts, the other two are very considerate of the common areas

- neighborhood is a little on the hilly side, there’s a fairly steep decline if you head west toward the river. But LOTS of food options, local latin cuisine west of 6th avenue.

- building is located right next to the park of Sunset Park, about two blocks east from the 45th St subway station. Accessible to the R, N, and D line
