It's located in the Oberkampf / Saint-Ambroise district (11e), just east of the Marais. It's one of the best neighborhoods in Paris, with lots of wonderful restaurants, wine bars, green spaces and boutiques.

I’ve taken great care to make my home a calm, relaxing, zen space and am looking for someone who will give it the same kind of appreciation.
