• Additional: electric/water/gas that exceeds $200 passed through to renter, end of lease deep clean ($250), security deposit (prorated to length of stay)
Pets Policy
It's a great space for dogs, there's a doggie door and I have a nice crate already set up. I'm looking for pet parents who can be responsible about wear and tear.
