***Are you a cat lover? Then this place is for you! I have two cats and they will continue living in the space while I am gone. Because I am asking you to take care of the cats (they are very low maintanence) I am knocking off a sizeable chunk of $$$.

I might be biased, but I believe my neighborhood is the most beautiful in Santa Monica. Its prime location offers easy access to scenic hiking trails, world-class surf spots, and is just a short walk from the Santa Monica Pier. Venice is a quick 10-minute drive away, and Third Street Promenade, with its shopping and dining, is only five minutes on foot. Plus, some of the best coffee shops are right within the neighborhood.

When you leave my apartment, a quick 7-minute walk takes you to the sand. The iconic Palisades Park is just 50 feet from my front door and perfect for catching the breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific ocean.

As for the apartment itself, it’s peaceful with quiet neighbors, simple decor, and spacious, light-filled rooms. 1 Bedroom with balcony! Washer and Dryer in the building. Full kitchen with everything you need. Street parking.
