Peaceful & Bright Room by Prospect Park!

Rooms for Rent

$1,650/month

Location

Prospect Heights/Crown Heights, Brooklyn

Available

March 1, 2025 - September 15, 2025

Transportation

If you love a slower paced city life, this apartment is perfect for you. You'll be a 10 minute walk away from multiple train lines, the Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Library, and the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.

Beyond that, you've got plenty of restaurants around for take-away, fun nights out, and more!

The apartment is a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom with exposed brick, a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, big oven and stove top, a wine fridge, and a mini-balcony facing the park.

The rooms are split 2 by 2, so you'll feel like you're only sharing space with one other person.

Rent is $1650, + Utilities, which has been around $50 a month for me since I moved in. I'm looking for an early March move in. Can stay through September with option to renew, but end date can be flexible! No security deposit, just have to do a credit check.

I'll be leaving brand-new mattress, bedframe, and air conditioner unless requested otherwise.

The building has an elevator, virtual doorman thing, and rooftop access!

The Roomies: (All Female)

A - She is a busy and introverted bee. She enjoys playing soccer, studying architecture, and more soccer. When she's home, she is usually chillin' in her room - but shes a great chat when you cross paths!

N - A busy gal, always working or hanging in her room with her dog Remington. She is very introverted and with her scheduled, is usually just seen to cook a quick meal, then off to the races! Remington gets to go with her everywhere more often than not. If he does have to stay home while N is gone, she has a dogwalker come in to care for him through the day. He is a lazy bones and keeps to himself - he may bark when you enter the door briefly.. one he gets used to you, it's all good!

G - She just passed the bar! G is a lovely and kind gal, who is also really busy with work and studies. She has great friends in the area so she loves to spend time with them at their places and when she's home, she usually keeps to her room.

All in all - this is a great rental if you're looking to live your life, feeling like you've got your own space, while also having kind friends down the hall if you need them! These girls are warm and inviting and would definitely be open to making a common space if that's what you're interested in!

YOU:

You're a kind, communicative, respectful, and clean person - simple as that :)

About This Lister

I'm a midwest gal, having to relocate for work. I've LOVED this area of Brooklyn and am gutted to leave it.

Any time that I've had off, I've spent wandering around Prospect Park, bumping into the awesome farmers market, and meeting really wonderful people!
