I'm subletting my spacious, quiet one-bedroom for 10 days in February. It's a lovely, roomy apartment with an 800-square-foot patio, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in the hammock. Price is for all 10 days.

Fully furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen, a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and central heat controlled by a Nest thermostat. Wi-Fi and all utilities included and you're welcome to watch my Netflix and collection of Criterion DVDs.

The apartment faces an interior, tree-filled courtyard. It's half a flight up on the first floor, but stairs are optional -- the elevator runs from the ground floor to first floor.

Fort Greene Park is a five-minute walk away, as is the restaurant scene on Dekalb Ave. You'll be right in the middle of a leafy neighborhood, and the location is super convenient to BAM, downtown Brooklyn, and everything Fort Greene has to offer. There's a Saturday farmer's market, tree-lined streets, and plenty of cute shops.
