I'll be traveling the week of April 14-21st and am looking for a sublet during this time. The apartment is a total haven in the most charming neighborhood of Greenpoint, BK and I'd love to open it up to an individual/couple who may be looking for somewhere to stay during this time.

The apartment has a large kitchen and living room, a cozy bedroom and small office space that will be available to you. It's drenched in sunlight, colorful walls and filled with art that brings me delight!

I've lived in Greenpoint for 12 years and would be more than happy to recommend some of my favorite spots to eat and explore. The location is great - 1 block from the Greenpoint Ave G stop and is super quick & easy to get into Manhattan. The apartment is on the 2nd Floor and is 1 of 3 apartments in the building - so I just ask that you are respectful of the space and treat it as your own!
