The apartment looks over an internal courtyard, so it is very quiet and tranquil. The balcony is very big and along with the living room gets sunlight all day (from 10 am to sunset)!! The light in the apartment is definitely the best part. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room & bedroom!

Building offers rooftop terrace with views of Manhattan, grills, sun-beds and lots of lounging space. Building also features a great gym, 24h doorman, common areas with a pool table, and a green courtyard.

The apartment is tastefully designed, with lots of plants, art and and a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. Closet & dresser space will be cleared out to make room for guests. Kitchen is fully stocked and features a dishwasher, oven, air fryer, microwave, coffee grinder & moka pot.

Washers & dryers are on the same floor.

The apartment will make you feel right at home in Brooklyn! We are looking either for 1 person or a couple who want to enjoy everything that this great neighborhood and apartment have to offer over the holidays. Our ideal tenants would be very tidy and take good care of our space and plants :)

We are allergic to cats and dogs, so sorry - no pets!

We are a couple that moved to New York about two years ago and have made this rental apartment our cozy home. We love our space and take good care to make it an oasis in the city and we are excited to share it with the right people!
