Hello! My boyfriend and I have had to relocate temporarily to NYC for work, and we are seeking a short-term renter for our beautiful ground floor East Hollywood freestanding bungalow, situated 5-minutes from both Los Feliz and Silverlake. Closest cross-streets are DeLongpre & Fountain.
The space includes 2-bedrooms, though one of them is set up as an office. It includes washer/dryer in-unit, 1 parking space, a front porch that opens to an enclosed courtyard, a fully-stocked kitchen and A/C.
Space comes furnished and with lots of plants, ideal for a couple or someone who works from home. Dogs are welcome.
Parking, pet fee and wifi/utilities all included in the $2500!

Rental requirements
We are prioritizing prospective tenants who can rent for the entirety of our listed dates (April 1 - August 31, 5 months).
Our landlord has given us permission to rent. We will stay on the lease and the renter will pay us directly.
We request credit score and proof of income, as well as a security/damage deposit, and would ask that you sign a simple contract agreeing to pay rent for the full 5 months.
Pets Policy
Non-aggressive dogs allowed with photo approval, the complex is very dog-friendly.
