Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease here ASAP - this is not a sublet, you would apply with the property manager and need approval as the typical process goes. The lease goes until July 31st, 2025 but you would then go month to month if you want to stay. Your monthly income MUST be 3x the rent price (approx. $6.5k), must show latest bank statements, pay stubs etc. Again, you will need to prove all of this to the manager
The location is amazing, hardwood floors, parking included in the rent price shown (garage/covered), laundry on site, central heating and cooling, big walk-in closet and a fireplace. These images are taken off Zillow, it is the exact unit but I'm currently living in it (it's not empty)
Please message me for a tour, you will then apply through my property manager. I am still working so tours will need to be before 9am or after 6pm or weekends.
I am the current tenant, I signed a lease through July but am moving out of Los Angeles. I will be showing the space myself but the rental process is still through management.
I do have used furniture pieces available for purchase that exist in the space if you are interested
