Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over my apartment ASAP (can be after Feb. 1) - this is not a sublet, you would apply with the property manager and sign a new year lease. I have to find a new tenant since I am breaking my lease early.

Your monthly income MUST be 3x the rent price (approx. $6.5k), must show latest bank statements, pay stubs etc. See details below.

The location is amazing, hardwood floors, parking included in the rent price shown (garage/covered), laundry on site, central heating and cooling, big walk-in closet and a fireplace. You pay for gas and electric, building pays for water/trash. These images are taken off Zillow, it is the exact unit but I'm currently living in it (it's not empty)

Please message me for a tour, you will then apply through my property manager. I am still working so tours will need to be before 9am or after 6pm or weekends.
