Approx. 1300 sqft. Ground level. Door to street on one side, and double door access through neighboring space straight into off street parking if you need to bring in large items.

Available 8am to 6pm. Other times possible on request.

Photos only show the empty space as it is now — still setting it up. There will be basic equipment— c-stands, strobes, v-flats, makeup station etc.

Can rent by the hour or the day.

Membership option for cheaper hourly rates.
