Do you come to Manhattan on a regular basis and need a beautiful, reasonably priced place to stay? Unique pied a terre opportunity for a nice, quiet, tidy, considerate person. I live in a gorgeous loft with an incredible view in the heart of Soho. I have another space on the floor where I stay when I have a guest, so you’d have the loft to yourself. It’s in a luxury doorman building and has a common laundry room. We would arrange specific times to use the apartment and have the unit to ourselves. We would split the utilities.
