Job Title: Full-time or Part-time Plant Caretaker (Multiple Openings)
Job Summary: We're looking for a full-time caretaker or two part-time caretakers to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will be plant care at various locations around the city, with occasional tasks such as installations, transplants, and consultations. We seek individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping plants thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and care for plants at multiple locations, ensuring they stay healthy and vibrant.
Water plants, clean leaves, rotate, mist, prune, inspect growth, and monitor for pests.
Add necessary nutrients and adjust plant care as needed for optimal growth.
Document plant health through photos and detailed reports with plans for future visits.
Communicate plant care observations and expectations clearly with team members and clients.
Assist with occasional installations, transplants, and consultations.
Stay informed about best plant care practices and be adaptable to new techniques, thinking outside the box, or changing responsibilities.

Start Date: We’re looking for someone to start during the week of March 24th. If possible, we’d love for you to start a bit earlier to shadow a team member who is leaving due to a family emergency.
