My apartment has windows in every room and gets lots of wonderful sunlight even in the winter. There are hardwood floors and central heating (that is controlled from inside the apartment.)

There is a main bedroom, an additional smaller room that is used as an office, as well as an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining room and living room. All appliances are updated (but no microwave). There is wifi throughout the apartment.

It is a two floor walk up in a building with three apartments total, above a Chinese restaurant. My apartment is #2, on the third floor (two flights of stairs, no elevator & narrow hallways).

Every room has plants and is clean and organized.

The apartment is on a Fulton street, but the bedroom and office are in the back of the apartment so they are less noisy. There is sometimes loud music playing on the street, which can be heard from the living room / kitchen area.

There are laundromats, several grocery stores and bodegas, as well as restaurants and bars near by. A/C lines are a 5 minute walk from the front door.
