My roommate and I will both be out of NYC for extended stays and we're subletting our beloved, fully furnished apartment from early December to mid-February.

We're on the third floor of a walk-up building located right on top of the Jefferson L stop. There are two bedrooms (one full, one queen) which are each $1200/month + utilities (Verizon FiOS Wi-Fi, heating, electric). We also have an office with two desks and more storage space.

This spot is open to two solo renters or a pair looking to sublet together. Preferred start date on Dec 3 but end dates can definitely be flexible depending on what you need. Preference for people who can commit to keeping a clean space (and smoke-free in the actual apartment).

Only a block away from Maria Hernandez Park and close to tons of bars, clubs, restaurants, bookstores, cafes, and more.

About This Lister

We've lived in the apartment for three years and have loved all of its charms and especially the supreme access to the subway.
