About This Lister
My girl and I currently live in the space but are moving to Lisbon for 5-7 months. We're both writers and are headed to live with my parents for the summer to get our creative juices flowing.

Rental requirements
To move in, we require a $1,500 security deposit (which will be returned within 15 days of departure to cover any potential damage) along with first month's rent.
Will need proof of employment or savings. We will provide you a signed sublease agreement detailing when rent is due every month.
Price includes wifi & water. ConEd separate, and to be paid when bill is forwarded to you (third week of the month).
Pets Policy
Cats/small dogs allowed (we have a cat of our own).
