Looking to sublet my apartment for Nov 25th - Dec 11th and December 24th - January 8th

The apartment is a large (1,000 sf) fully furnished 1.5br It's in a very desired location - between two parks (2 blocks from McCarren Park and 3 blocks from McGolrick Park) on the border of Williamsburg and GP, steps away from a plethora of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, venues, and shopping all around.

Full kitchen with dining table and tons of cooking supplies (air fryer, toaster, chefs knives, stove vent, etc.) - no dishwasher. There is plenty of natural light, books, and plants! The shower has a top of the line water filtration system. The laundry is one block away, also a clean/green pick-up and delivery service option.

-Located 6-minute walk from the Nassau Ave G train and 11-minute walk to the L, Citi bikes 1 block, a bus stop on the block too.

The living room includes a Samsung TV with many streaming services (Criterion Collection, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Showtime Anytime, Discovery Plus, Prime & additional Samsung cable). I also have a rowing machine you're more than welcome to use.
