Looking for a studio mate to share one half of a large, private, prime Williamsburg studio space. Rentable space roughly 150sq ft. Located in a gallery/artist owned building right off Bedford Ave, a few blocks south of McCarren park. Space is partially divided and would only be shared with myself, a fashion designer.

High speed Wifi and all utilities included - excellent heat in winter and window A/C unit for summer, 24/7 access, with onsite building owners.

Looking for some to commit to 6 months followed by month to month. No toxic materials.
