(Studio will be broom clean and empty upon move in.)

We are located one block away from the 36th street stop on the D, N and R trains: the D and N are express trains (2 Stops to Manhattan - about 20 minutes) and the R train gives you local access to Park Slope. This is a very quiet neighborhood, we’ve been here for 15 years and have never had a problem of any kind. We are a half a block away from Industry City and Costco, and a very short walk from several parks (Sunset Park & Bush Terminal Park), multiple grocery stores and very good Mexican food all along 5th avenue.
