Art studio with 18’ ceilings! You enter the space through a lounge area with two couches, a coffee table, refrigerator, microwave toaster oven and coffee maker. Then you pass into a large project room equipped with lots of easels, sculpture stands, lights, etc. Off of this space is a tool room and two bathrooms. These spaces are shared by the 5 private studio spaces that lie off a hallway beyond the project space. The whole space has A/C, heat, gated parking, 24 hour access. There is a 10’x10’ roll up door to provide easy load in/load out. Rent includes utilities and WiFi. The space is quiet and provides a great environment to focus on work.
