Looking for someone to enjoy a peaceful stay in my cozy private backhouse while I'm away for Christmas. Rate is discounted as you'll be sharing the space with my sweet low-maintenance cat who will need a little basic care.

The deets:

This freestanding home (read = no shared walls!) sits on a side street in a quiet family neighborhood, and is conveniently close to tons of LA attractions.

The interior features central air/heat, Smart TV, washer and dryer, record player, and a well-equipped kitchenette complete with rice cooker, coffee maker, popcorn maker, full size oven, and more!

The huge patio sliding doors open up to the private backyard which is lovely during the nice weather and super cozy when it rains. If you need to get some work done there’s a dedicated workspace with an extra-large monitor, and you’ll end the day kickin’ it in the comfy king sized bed.

The best part about this space is the private yard: It's completely fenced-in and adorned with plenty of seating, solar string lights, and a lemon tree. There's also a rowing machine you're welcome to use!

Location is honestly great: You're a short walk to a public park and the LA River Trail, and a 5 drive/Uber to Glendale Blvd which has tons of restaurants, shopping, coffee, and more. You’re also minutes from Griffith Park, Los Feliz, and Hollywood.

You'll be sharing the space with my cute, independent cat. She has an automatic feeder for dry food and only needs wet food once daily. Litter care is minimal: it's crystal litter and only requires a quick scoop every other day.

Ideal dates are 12/24-30, but I'm flexible and willing to extend or shorten by a day or two!
