Rooms for Sublet
Hello,
Sadly my wonderful roommate has decided to move in with their girlfriend. So I have a room in my apartment for sublet January to April with a possible 1 year extension. Can come furnished with a bed and a desk.
This unit is the only one with a private outside entrance of the building. In unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. I have projector with Apple TV. Highspeed wifi for those who work from home often.
Two blocks from B/Q train F train is a 10min walk. Prospect park across the street.
Utilities not included. Wifi is $50/person, electricity varies depending on how much we use washer/dryer etc

Loving dogs is a must. Respectful, clean and doesn't bring the party home. I love having a peaceful home and hope for someone with the same values.
Pets Policy
As I said I have sweet older beagle. She is very chill and unbothered by most things. I am open to another animal but we would have to introduce them and chat.
