Fully furnished common area with chair, couch, 4k TV, Sonos sound system throughout the entire apartment (including your bedroom!), laundry in-unit, dishwasher, microwave, central AC and heat, private bathroom. Building amenities include 24hr doorman, rooftop gym, pool, grill, and fire pit. There is parking available at nearby garages at monthly rates (we can let you know of the one we were using). Rental price is not including utilities.

Vibe in the apartment is extremely mellow, clean & tidy, not at all a party spot. Once in a while a friend or two might come over, but not often. The rooftop pool & grill area, however, can get quite lively, especially on holidays, and the building hosts regular happy hour/social activities.

Centrally located 10min from Echo Park & Chinatown, 15min from Silver Lake & Highland Park, 20-25min from Hollywood. Nearby businesses (1-3 blocks away) include Alamo Drafthouse, Uniqlo, Target, Taco Bell Cantina, Sweetfin, UPS, USPS, FedEx, and LA Central Library.

Who you are: ideally looking for a female/femme/queer person who is similar in age (i.e. millennial) and also clean. No other pets allowed. We can meet IRL when you view the apartment and see if we vibe!
