Enter your ground floor space through a common area, where I display my artwork. Your private space, roughly 600 feet, is behind the entry room. Here you'll find your own finished bathroom, ample storage and work space, with natural light flowing through the glass wall.

The work space is for your use only — I will only access the common area from the street entrance. I will rarely be in the front space, only using it for appointment showings. You have access to a deep sink, kitchenette including microwave and refrigerator in the common area.

You have to see the space to appreciate it. Modern amenities, 11 ft. high ceilings, natural light and beautiful bamboo flooring throughout (which can be covered in the work space to suit your needs). Interior is a tastefully designed utilitarian work space ... a plus for impressing visiting clients.

Three blocks from D, N, R trains. Two blocks to Industry City. Easy access to Greenwood Heights, Gowanus and Park Slope, 20 minutes to the Lower East Side by train. Area has great food and amenities.
