Hi! I'm subletting my beautiful junior one-bedroom apartment in Beverly Grove, next to LACMA. Perfect location if you like having restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores within walking distance! I travel a lot for work so I am hoping to find someone who likes plants and would enjoy this extremely walkable location. My dates are currently November 20 - January 8 but I'm flexible.

Minutes away from LACMA, a 15-minute walk to the Grove, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, and Ralph's, and a five-minute drive to Beverly Center (I prefer walking everywhere though.)

This would be a good fit for artists, young professionals, and film/art students coming to LA for a month or two.

Sadly pets are not allowed. :/
