I’m looking for a new roommate to move in beginning of next year!

My apartment is in a gated complex centrally located in SM Ocean Park, minutes away from Main St and the beach.
The apartment is an original 50s building with a spacious, light-flooded layout. The pictures speak for themselves.

Earliest move in date would be January 1st.

The rent PER PERSON is 1950$, excluding utilities. Gas, electricity and internet add up to round about 60$ each.

The room is about 170sq ft, you’ll have your own private bathroom and a big built-in closet.
There is good street parking without permit, or the option of renting a spot in front of the garage, which costs 50$ a month.

The apartment has a fully and really well equipped kitchen (love cooking) and a very cosy living room and balcony.

NO PETS, and only limited storage space!

Viewings can take place anytime during December!

I’m 33 y/o, very sportive and extroverted, usually always found on the green on Sundays doing Acroyoga at SM OMB. Passionate Industrial Designer and very outdoorsy. I love travelling but the PTO kinda limits me lol. And I speak 5 languages and love cooking!

I usually work hybrid, around 2-3 days in the office and at home, so would appreciate someone who is also in a similar situation and already in their professional life.
Since I’m very active, I’m usually not at home that much, but definitely appreciate someone who is as neat as me and easy going, cause I’m a very social person :)
