Looking for a new tenant to take over my private room in a 2BR, 1BA. Move in for 4/1 OR 4/15.

The space is a great steal in the best location - I have truly loved living here and am so sad to leave!

The apartment:
-$1700 monthly rent, with utilities around $100/month.
-Room comes unfurnished
-There is a *private patio* and shared backyard with fire pit, shared with only two other building neighbors
-~8 min walk to the Lorimer L and a bit closer to Metropolitan G. 15 minute walk to Mccarren Park and Greenpoint.
-The block is very quiet, and the neighborhood is residential
-You would be living with one roommate, a woman in her early 30s who works as a health tech founder and works from home, and an extremely sweet and cuddly small dog! (sorry, no additional pets)

The ideal tenant is female-identifying and over 30, can commit to at least a 3-month stay, is clean/not a big partier, and works 3-5 days in the office or away from home during the week.
