The apartment is big, spacious and sunny, raised ground floor, on a quiet block in a two family home. You have access to a small outdoor space in the back as well, great for bbqs.

We have hardwood floors and high ceilings, a hige living room, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, TV room with dining table and work desk, large living room and sun room. You would share a bathroom.
You also will have fast wifi, speaker to play music, 65" TV with Netflix, HBO, Prime, Paramount, Peacock.

There are some great coffee shops and restaurants around the neighborhood and you are minutes away from Prospect Park, and walking distance from the Botanical Gardens and Brooklyn Museum.
You can access B, S and Q subways ar Prospect Park stop and 2 and 5 at Sterling Place.

Rent $2000/month (including all utilities and Internet)

You would be sharing the apartment with my roommate, a wonderful 50 year old queer energy healer and my cat, Spy.
The space is chill and quiet, and clean and we will be looking for someone who is respectful, calm, mature, clean, lowkey and tidy.
