One private room in a 2BR fully furnished apartment (But the whole apt is for you!)

I'm going on a six-month work trip to France and will need someone to stay at my flat. It is a two-bedroom apartment, but I'm keeping the second one as storage while I'm away.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, knows how to care for plants, and would treat the space as if it were theirs. Ideally, there would be no couples, but it's no problem if they have a partner who stays there occasionally. I suggest a one-month deep cleaning, with a helper who has been working with me.

You must be OK with me coming every two or three months for a week or two for occasional work; of course, it will be anticipated, and we can discuss timings to avoid drama. I'm looking for someone who commits for at least six months but is open to seeing what the future unfolds.

The price includes monthly rent for a fully furnished apartment. Utilities are separated: Internet, Gas, and Electricity could be around $80-120, depending on how much you use.

Located on North Bedstuy, this four-story building has only one apartment per floor, which makes it very private. Cameras are managed through an app. Willoughby Ave and Stuyvesant. Trains J and M stop by Myrtle Broadway, a block away. Walk a little further and take the 4 or the L.

My best friend has lived in the apartment below for 10 years, so if you need anything, she'll be there for you. We look out for each other in this building.

The apartment is completely furnished, decorated, and equipped with cool stuff like an espresso machine, baking mixer, or DJ equipment. I do not have a TV, but you can bring yours if you want to.

- Quiet and bright bedroom with huge closet and dresser (NW orientation.)

- Spacious, private, rooftop access through the fire escape.

No pets (sorry).
