The apartment is located on historic Mulberry st. with Canal as the cross street, next to the 6, J, Z, N, Q, R, W as well as the A, C, E trains a bit further down Canal street. Great location, tons of Italian and Asian restaurants as well as souvenir shops directly out front. The entire apartment is furnished with all necessities and kitchen utilities. The available room has a queen size bed, large rack and shelves for clothes, bedside table, two bedside lamps, 2 windows, rocking chair and a small work desk as well as heat and A/C. You'll receive a key to the front door of the building on the ground level as well as one for the actual apartment door after 5 flights of stairs (it is a walk-up/no elevator). Wi-fi, PG&E, water included.

Tons of action and things to do right at the doorstep. Access to many trains that can take you to any part of the city. Not so noisy up on the 6th floor so it's a great escape from the hustle bustle of NYC. My graphic designer roommate is very courteous and cleanly.
