The room will be unfurnished, fits a full to queen size bed, and comes with a generous closet. The apartment is a 3rd floor walk-up just a 5-minute walk away from the N/W at Astoria-Ditmars Blvd. All essential services are right nearby.
About This Lister
We're two professional females in our mid-30s and early 40s. We both work full-time, and enjoy a quiet, relaxing environment at home. We're respectful of each other's space, and communicate openly when it comes to apartment-related matters.

Rental requirements
$1,172 + utilities (electricity and Internet). 1 month's security deposit required. Current lease is month-to-month, and we expect that the landlord could ask for a 1-year lease at some point. No pets allowed and no smoking.
