There are two studios available in Freyja Studios, located on a quiet, tree lined block in Gowanus/South Slope, across the street from the only park in the neighborhood

Studio 1 is 180 sq ft and flooded with sunlight by two large south facing windows $1100

Studio 2 is 225 sq ft with a large west facing window with unobstructed sunset views $1300

Both spaces have 12 foot ceilings, central heat and a/c and new hardwood floors

There is a shared, full use kitchen with suburban style fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, toaster oven, hot water kettle, and all kitchen essentials

Freyja Studios is a friendly community of six artists and designers who share a large roof deck, kitchen and common area with space for bicycles

There is an elevator, high speed Wi-fi, video intercom, weekly garbage collection, cleaning of common areas and 24/7 access

Located on 11th st near 3rd ave, three blocks from the F, G and R subways. Cafes, restaurants, delis, bars, Citibike and Lowes, are all nearby

These were designed to be artist studios, maker spaces, design/architects offices or similar creative use

No living, oil paints/strong solvents, dusty or loud processes/music studios allowed
