I have two rooms available in a 3 bedroom, 2 FULL bathroom apartment located near Woodward and Dekalb. 10 minute walk from the Dekalb L. Its a 4th floor walk up in a great newer building with very responsive property management. Each room can fit a full sized bed, dresser and desk as well as a large sliding glass door (great sunlight!) and a small private balcony in each room. The living room is very spacious with two large closets in the hallway with plenty of storage space. Rooftop access with a great view of Manhattan. Its located right across the street from a cemetery so very quite neighbors. Building has laundry in the basement and a small gym and bike storage room on the first floor.

I love living in this building and its a great neighborhood with plenty of nice restaurants (Rolo's, Hellbender, Decades) and bars/venues (Cassette, Elsewhere, TV Eye) close by.

Looking for friendly and responsible roommates who value cleanliness and are used to and understand living in a shared space.
