About Us

Are you a hard-working, wild-inspired agricultural type? Looking for a job? We have good work available for a fair wage on our super diverse and dynamic operation in Washington County. Housing is also available in our beautiful historic town on Cobscook Bay, with a farmstore halfway between Eastport and Lubec. Besides veggies, value added, berries and herbs-- we also host an Annual Alewife Festival, wild Algae harvest, educational workshops and events through the season, Hipcamping in tented platforms, and Cranberry Bounce holiday markets. Much to do! And a huge agricultural library in our very own restored Odd Fellows Hall. Come for a visit and apply today

We are based in rural Maine, but this work extends nationally and internationally. We make books, films, radio, parties, symposia, workshops, networking events, and online curriculum.
