It's in a wonderful neighborhood, one block from the Brooklyn Museum and a few blocks from the Brooklyn Library and Prospect Park. The 2/3 subway is around the corner and the 4/5 is an 8-minute walk.
Quiet, small building with friendly neighbors and small back courtyard.
Included: all utilities, wifi, in-apartment washer/dryer.
