1 min walk away from the Church Avenue Subway station, this furnished room near Prospect Park opens up in March :)

It's on the second floor in a quiet apartment building, with a wide living room (incl. a big TV with Netflix) and a cute & functioning kitchen (incl. oven and big fridge, essentials such as a blender and such).

The room is relatively big for a bedroom, with a desk and a closet that'll be empty for all your clothes. There'll be clean sheets and a powerful humidifier to your liking.

The bathroom has just been cleaned with a new shower curtain hanging. There's a strong shower head with properly warm water. We can also arrange a clean towel if needed.

The neighborhood is very practical, there's a cheap grocery store, an organic grocery store, a Target close by. Many deli's and take out restaurants. And my personal favorite: an 8-min walk to Prospect Park (great for a long walk or running).

Your roommate will be Yahya, he's a musician/drummer who's in and out of the apartment as he's touring a lot. He will be gone at the end of March for example, giving you the apartment to yourself.

Lastly, it's about 25 min into Manhattan, two train stops away from the Trader Joe's, and there's a public library close by where I do most of my studying.
