Provide 1:1 Support for a Funny and Passionate Woman With Autism

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and organized individual to provide personalized support to a 39-year-old woman with autism living in her own house in South Orange, New Jersey (~40 minute train ride to Penn Station.)
This role involves assisting in daily living activities, fostering social skills, managing appointments and medications, and facilitating community engagement. This role would be ideal for a dedicated and motivated individual who is looking for a long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Assist with daily living skills (ADLs), including cleaning, grocery shopping, administering and managing medication, calendaring/ scheduling appointments and social events, and more.
-Support with budgeting, including accompanying her to the bank, help paying bills, and managing household expenses (utilities, cable, alarm company, landscaper, etc.).

-Collaborate with the current team in place (house parent + FCC) to ensure seamless care and support.
