I’m subletting my fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy, just two blocks from Herbert von King Park. The spacious, south-facing bedroom gets plenty of natural sunlight and has an en-suite bathroom with a large window—rare for NYC! The living room is generously sized, with space for a dining table, and the charming kitchen features a skylight. There’s also a cozy office nook off the living room, equipped with my standing desk.

The building’s landlord lives on the ground floor, ensuring everything is well-maintained.

I’m seeking someone who will treat my home and the building with care and respect while I’m away.

I have two dogs, but they’ll be with me during your stay. However, if you have allergies, this might be something to consider.
Smoke free apartment. I do not smoke anything inside the apartment and ask you do the same.

I’ve called Bed-Stuy home for the past nine years, sharing the space with my two corgis. I moved into this apartment in October 2024, marking my first place without roommates. At home, I’m pretty laid-back and enjoy keeping the apartment clean and cozy. I’m a fan of thrifting and vintage shopping, love spending time in nature, and cherish dinner dates with friends.
